What you will do

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System
• Schedule and perform phone screens
• Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy
• Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus visits, and networking meetups
• Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline
• Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, or Organizational Development
• Interest in startups
• Hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated with a can-do attitude
