What you will do
- Track action items and follow-ups across the TA team to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Maintain accuracy and hygiene in project management tools like Notion and ATS platforms like Workable.
- Partner with Data, CS, and Sales teams to gather context and provide clear, usable updates.
- Build and maintain SOPs to replace tribal knowledge with repeatable, scalable systems.
- Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to keep the hiring process aligned and unblocked.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or project management.
- Must be based in the Philippines, Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil.
- Must be available to work Eastern Time (ET) hours.
- Proven track record of owning follow-through in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- High attention to detail with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proactive and autonomous work style.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience in agency operations, EA, or chief-of-staff roles.
