Location: Must be based in the Philippines, Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil and available to work Eastern Time hours.

What you will do

  • Track action items and follow-ups across the TA team to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Maintain accuracy and hygiene in project management tools like Notion and ATS platforms like Workable.
  • Partner with Data, CS, and Sales teams to gather context and provide clear, usable updates.
  • Build and maintain SOPs to replace tribal knowledge with repeatable, scalable systems.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to keep the hiring process aligned and unblocked.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or project management.
  • Must be based in the Philippines, Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil.
  • Must be available to work Eastern Time (ET) hours.
  • Proven track record of owning follow-through in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Proactive and autonomous work style.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in agency operations, EA, or chief-of-staff roles.
