is hiring for a strategic RPO recruitment engagement supporting an international organization with operations in Colombia.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for approximately 20 hires within the Colombia RPO project.
- Partner with client stakeholders to clarify hiring requirements, priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Build sourcing strategies and proactively engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Screen candidates, assess technical and functional fit, and present shortlists with clear recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps while maintaining candidate communication and experience.
- Provide Colombian talent-market intelligence and maintain accurate pipelines, recruitment data, and progress reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or RPO environments, ideally across the full recruitment cycle.
- Experience recruiting specialist or hard-to-fill profiles, including technology, engineering, clinical, life sciences, or other specialized functions.
- Strong understanding of the Colombian talent market, particularly Bogotá and other major talent hubs.
- Experience managing multiple searches, sourcing beyond inbound applications, and working directly with hiring managers or external clients.
- Ability to challenge requirements constructively, provide market insights, and manage demanding stakeholders.
- Professional English communication skills for collaboration with international stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in a recruitment agency, RPO, or similarly delivery-driven environment.
- Experience recruiting across specialized talent pools and adapting quickly to new industries and functions.
