What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of semiconductor and electronics development programs.
• Coordinate hardware engineering, software development, and test engineering teams to manage milestones and deliverables.
• Act as the primary client contact and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while resolving issues that affect delivery and quality.
• Improve project management methodologies, tools, and processes within the electronics and semiconductor practice.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience delivering complex technical projects.
• Technical background in electronics engineering and hands-on knowledge of semiconductor technologies, components, or related development processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including communication with technical teams and senior client representatives.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, PMP, or PRINCE2.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
