What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare environments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams spanning R&D, manufacturing, MSAT, quality, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and engineering.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, quality standards, and applicable industry regulations.
• Lead governance meetings, monitor project performance, and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive technology transfer, process improvement, validation, digital transformation, operational excellence, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, or related Life Sciences sectors.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving quality, regulatory, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or product development.
• Strong understanding of GMP/GxP environments and regulated-industry requirements.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications in complex organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in French is required.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
