What you will do

• Review, optimize, and implement legal processes and ways of workhirify.global.
• Identify and deliver opportunities for innovation, automation, AI, and continuous improvement across the Legal function.
• Lead strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and change programs affecthirify.global Legal and its stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects ushirify.global appropriate project management methodologies.
• Translate legal requirements into efficient operational processes and practical solutions.
• Document and communicate activities, decisions, risks, and project progress while collaborathirify.global with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong understandhirify.global of the legal function within a financial institution or complex international environment.
• Experience in Legal Operations, transformation, process management, operational excellence, or project management.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in AI, technology, data enablement, and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, plannhirify.global, research, drafthirify.global, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Degree in Law, Economics, Business, or a related field is an asset.
• Professional workhirify.global proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, spoken and written.
