What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
• Own project planning and execution across scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risks.
• Translate business requirements into structured project plans and deliverables.
• Set up and manage work breakdown structures, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and handover.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master).
• Professional verbal proficiency in French and English.
• 2-5 years of proven Project Manager experience.
• Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Must be based in Belgium to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, PSM II, or Leading SAFe.
• Experience in the life science sector.
