Solutions Analyst IV (Encompass)

Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States. Candidates must be located within the TD footprint: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, or Washington, D.C.

What you will do

• Design and deliver Encompass loan-origination solutions, including plugins, workflow rules, web input forms, and task-based processing.
• Map business and functional requirements to processes, workflows, and organizational needs.
• Manage and administer business system functions to support continuous system availability.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, business lines, risk partners, and operations to deliver solutions and projects.
• Develop implementation plans, contribute to enterprise solution design, and document standards for business applications.
• Lead large projects, delegate responsibilities, troubleshoot system issues, and coach less experienced staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related experience, including progressively responsible experience in large-scale corporate systems analysis.
• Expert knowledge of business lines, business models, operations, process improvement, and technical systems.
• Ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications and lead solution projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, follow-up, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Must be located within the specified TD footprint in the United States.

Nice to have

• Encompass configuration experience.
• Business analysis, underwriting, deep data reporting, software engineering, or website design experience.
