Senior Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; in-office five days per week

hirify.global is a financial services company with a Finance organization responsible for regulatory reporting, risk management, and enterprise-wide financial initiatives.

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly regulatory reports.
• Research, collect, interpret, and document business requirements, processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Perform data analysis, variance analysis, gap analysis, and business process modeling.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Risk, business stakeholders, and technology teams to develop reporting solutions.
• Support Axiom regulatory reporting initiatives, ERP and FirstBank integrations, quarterly release testing, automation, and process optimization.
• Maintain policy and procedure documentation and provide problem-solving support for business and technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving, requirements analysis, and data modeling skills.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, business processes, data analytics, and project management.
• Experience or ability to work with large datasets and tools such as Axiom, Workiva/Wdesk, TOAD, Teradata, Excel, and Hyperion Essbase.
• Must work from the Pittsburgh office five days per week; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
