What you will do
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex user, system, and integration requirements.
- Act as a senior liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and developers to drive business-critical solutions.
- Perform advanced data interrogation and root-cause analysis using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Coordinate project planning, task prioritization, and the facilitation of cross-functional working sessions.
- Lead system testing and acceptance activities to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level analysts on query design and analytical techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 5+ years of progressive technical and business experience.
- Must be based in the US (Virtual Minnesota).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing relational databases.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira for work tracking and collaboration.
- Proven experience in requirements definition, solution design, and UX/UI translation.
- Experience working within Waterfall and Agile software development life cycles.
