Senior Transformation Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio; hybrid. Candidates must be legally authorized to work full-time for any employer in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Plan and execute integration and separation programs across Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, and Legal.
• Develop Day 1, 30/60/90-day, synergy capture, TSA transition, and TSA exit workplans.
• Manage governance routines, RAID logs, change control, cross-functional dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Monitor TSA service delivery against SLAs, coordinate billing and accruals, and drive remediation.
• Coordinate cutovers and stabilization while maintaining operational continuity, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Track synergy cases, KPIs, OKRs, TSA economics, variance analysis, risks, issues, and mitigation options.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, M&A integration or divestitures, or a related cross-functional role.
• Experience leading structured analyses and project workstreams with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time United States work authorization without current or future immigration sponsorship.
