Senior Transformation Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; hybrid work arrangement. Candidates must be legally authorized to work full time for any employer in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Support integration and separation programs across Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, and Legal from Day 1 readiness through steady state or exit.
• Develop and maintain integration and separation workplans, including 30/60/90-day plans, synergy capture, TSA design, transition, and exit activities.
• Manage governance routines, RAID logs, change control, cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Monitor TSA service delivery and SLAs, coordinate billing and invoice support, and drive remediation where needed.
• Coordinate cutovers and stabilization while supporting operational continuity, customer experience, and regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Track synergy cases, KPIs, OKRs, TSA economics, and variance analysis; prepare dashboards and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, M&A integration or divestitures, or a related cross-functional role.
• Experience leading structured analyses and project workstreams with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of payments, fintech, technology-enabled services, or complex global operations is advantageous.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
