Material Planner, Electrical (AI Infrastructure)

Salary: $95,0000–$115,000 per year, plus restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Run MRP and BOM explosions for electrical components against the Master Production Schedule, netting requirements against available and incoming inventory.
• Maintain Clear-to-Build coverage by SKU and work center, prioritizing long-lead critical-path components such as switchgear.
• Identify and escalate potential shortages, coordinating expedite and dual-sourcing actions with Strategic Sourcing.
• Manage supplier forecasts, capacity commitments, lead-time commitments, and the feedback of supplier commitments into MRP.
• Maintain ERP planning parameters, inventory accuracy, and ABC classification data.
• Represent electrical material constraints during monthly Sales and Operations Planning reconciliations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in material planning, supply planning, or MRP execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of MRP logic, complex BOM structures, and ERP planning modules such as Acumatica.
• Experience coordinating rolling supplier forecasts and delivery commitments.
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills for inventory feeds, shortage lists, and Clear-to-Build reporting.

Nice to have

• APICS or ASCM certification, such as CPIM.
• Experience with long-lead electrical equipment, power distribution units, or high-power data center infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP.
