AI Workforce Enablement Consultant (AI Change Management)

Location: Remote anywhere in the continental United States; work-from-home position.

What you will do

• Shape workforce enablement for AI-driven workflow and role changes.
• Design and facilitate programs that drive genuine adoption and behavior change.
• Equip managers to support teams through readiness, transition, and difficult conversations.
• Translate redesigned workflows into clear role expectations, skills, and enablement plans.
• Build practical toolkits, learning experiences, and manager resources.
• Advise and facilitate across Talent, HR, and AI teams while measuring readiness, behavior change, and friction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating real behavior change, beyond training or communications delivery.
• Experience with HR and Talent systems, including role design, skills, learning, or performance.
• Strong judgment, autonomy, follow-through, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguity.
• Ability to diagnose resistance and tailor facilitation and support.
• Practical experience with AI-enabled ways of working; an engineering background is not required.
