What you will do

• Develop and continuously enhance a global competency framework for procurement roles, covering technical, digital, and leadership capabilities.
• Conduct workforce capability assessments, skills-gap analyses, and workforce analytics to support future workforce planning.
• Design and implement digital learning strategies, structured learning pathways, and upskilling initiatives focused on AI, data analytics, and digital procurement.
• Lead people-focused transformation initiatives supporting the adoption of digital technologies, processes, and new ways of working.
• Define and monitor workforce and learning KPIs, including digital competence growth, AI adoption, and learning effectiveness.
• Enable talent development through succession planning, change management, mentoring, and continuous learning programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in workforce development, talent management, learning and development, or organizational development within an international matrix organization.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a comparable corporate function, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and business requirements.
• Expertise in strategic workforce planning, competency management, organizational development, and change management.
• Knowledge of AI, digital transformation, workforce analytics, data-driven decision-making, and modern learning and development approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, together with an innovative mindset and passion for capability building.
