Principal HR Business Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid (Montreal, QC), 1 day per week in office

What you will do

• Provide expert HR guidance on complex organizational, workforce, and talent challenges to influence business decisions.
• Lead people integration activities following mergers and acquisitions, including role mapping and policy harmonization.
• Resolve sensitive and high-complexity employee relations matters while balancing legal compliance and employee experience.
• Design and implement scalable HR programs across performance management, career development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Interpret workforce data and people metrics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Deep experience in strategic HR business partnering and advisory for senior leaders.
• Proficiency in applying organizational design principles and workforce planning methodologies.
• Expert knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory frameworks to mitigate organizational risk.
• Expertise in performance management, succession planning, and leadership enablement.
• Ability to leverage people analytics and change management principles to drive evidence-based decision-making.
