Operations Generalist

hirify.global is an American manufacturer of drone motors and robot actuators building and scaling hardware production in the United States for the global market.

What you will do

• Coordinate inventory management, order processing, supplier communications, and back-office operations.
• Support production scheduling and capacity planning to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, procurement, and quality assurance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and compliance protocols.
• Support procurement, vendor management, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware or electronics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and procurement processes.
