Logistics Process Specialist (PTBA) Atlas Copco Group

Location: Hybrid role based at the office in Brno, Czech Republic, with on-site work required and the option to work from home up to 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Manage the order book from order entry through delivery to the customer.
• Enter orders, with future support from AI-based tools.
• Follow sales orders and purchase orders through the distribution center.
• Resolve stuck orders and follow up on late or unconfirmed orders with the distribution center.
• Identify recurring process issues across regions and propose improvements.
• Work closely with inside sales and monitor personal KPIs.

Requirements

• Strong priority-management skills and a hands-on mindset.
• Affinity for processes and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Confidence working in an international environment and proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics is advantageous.
