What you will do

• Lead technical customer engagements from initial meetings through solution design and decision-making evaluations.
• Act as a trusted advisor and Solutions Architect for customers and field sales teams.
• Present, demonstrate, and help execute proofs of concept for Red Hat, IBM, and VMware technologies.
• Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions using middleware, integration, and automation technologies across public and private clouds.
• Influence go-to-market strategies and provide solution feedback to pre-sales and engineering teams.
• Support technical sales processes by understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases, and closing deals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in engineering, software pre-sales, and technical delivery or management.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, AWS, Azure, or GCP, including experience with VMware Cloud on AWS.
• Strong experience selling and architecting hybrid cloud solutions with VMware, AWS, and Azure.
• Prior application development or Systems Engineering experience is required.
• Experience designing, architecting, and deploying complex environments, with a thorough understanding of networking in virtualization and public or hybrid cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and relevant certifications.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
