What you will do

• Act as a technical resource for Cisco-based solutions in pre-sales engagements.
• Create solution diagrams and analyze customer requirements to develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Deliver solution overviews and enablement to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with account managers and engineering teams to drive sales pipeline growth.
• Research technical issues and answer customer questions regarding OEM partner offerings.
• Provide client-facing status updates, presentations, and documentation throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing complex datacenter solutions.
• 2+ years of experience working with mid-market and enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in Cisco UCS, Dell, and Pure storage.
• Strong experience with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere or Nutanix.
• Core understanding of storage technology fundamentals including SAN/NAS, NFS, and iSCSI.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Presales experience or experience working with a systems integrator.
• Experience with AWS or Azure for hybrid cloud conversations.
• Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.
• Knowledge of container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with data protection solutions like Commvault or Rubrik.
