TL;DR
Senior UX Designer - DTC (UX research, Figma, CRO): Designing end-to-end user experiences for SharkNinja’s global direct-to-consumer websites with an accent on user research, design systems, accessibility, and measurable ecommerce performance. Focus on building scalable mobile-first experiences, validating hypotheses through experimentation and analytics, and collaborating with Product and Engineering on implementation.
Location: Leeds or London, United Kingdom; in-office 3 days per week

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from discovery and research through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and engineering handoff.
- Design responsive, mobile-first experiences for global direct-to-consumer ecommerce websites.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and insight synthesis to guide experience direction.
- Partner with CRO and Analytics teams on conversion optimization, A/B testing, experimentation, and measurable experience improvements.
- Define global UX principles, evolve scalable design systems and Figma libraries, and run design reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Creative, Marketing, Trading, Analytics, and regional DTC teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, ideally in ecommerce or direct-to-consumer environments.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design, from research and journey definition through shipped digital experiences.
- Expert-level Figma proficiency, including prototyping, components, libraries, and design systems.
- Experience with user research, analytics, CRO, experimentation, and A/B testing.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, responsive design, usability, mobile-first principles, accessibility, and WCAG standards.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering and communicating design rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership.
