UX Designer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States; hybrid

Salary: $170,000–$220,000 per year in California, plus equity and bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Design user experiences for dashboards, consoles, and customer-facing platform interfaces.
• Translate customer needs into intuitive workflows in partnership with product management.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new and existing features.
• Conduct or contribute to user research and iterate using feedback and usage data.
• Build scalable design patterns and standards across the platform.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate and performant implementation.

Requirements

• Experience as a UX or product designer, ideally on technical, developer-facing, or infrastructure products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end design process from research through high-fidelity execution.
• Experience designing complex, data-dense, or technical workflows.
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Proficiency with standard design tools such as Figma or an equivalent.
