UX Designer (AI)

Building a proactive smart assistant that brings AI to everyday conversations, errands, organization, and workflows.

What you will do

• Own the UX of the core application across iOS, Android, and web.
• Design end-to-end flows for AI-assisted tasks, from intent capture through completion, handoff, progress tracking, and error recovery.
• Make AI activity, decisions, confirmations, and required user adjustments clear and controllable.
• Map states including loading, thinking, acting, waiting, completing, stalling, failing, and recovering.
• Work with product, engineering, and ML teams to define requirements and deliver concrete design solutions.
• Conduct usability research and create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and shared UX patterns.

Requirements

• Experience designing consumer mobile or web applications with a strong portfolio.
• Strong user-flow, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping skills in Figma.
• Ability to design for asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent systems.
• Understanding of user trust, control, feedback, transparency, usability, edge cases, failure handling, and recovery flows in AI products.
• Experience conducting user research and turning findings into design decisions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment and balance simple consumer UX with complex AI behavior.
