Bilingual Collections Specialist (Solar Energy)

Location: Remote; stable Wi-Fi connection required

hirify.global is an asset management and servicing platform for residential and commercial solar energy portfolios, providing operations and maintenance, customer billing and support, asset performance management, and investor reporting.

What you will do

• Monitor assigned past-due accounts and determine appropriate collection actions.
• Contact customers by phone, email, and automated dialer regarding delinquent and defaulted accounts.
• Research customer accounts, perform skip tracing, and provide account information to customers and internal work groups.
• Establish payment arrangements in accordance with company policy.
• Handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and escalate cases to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain account records, update customer demographics, remove invalid phone numbers, and manage service-disconnection cases.

Requirements

• At least one year of equivalent experience collecting delinquent accounts.
• Three to five years of customer service or call center experience.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments on time.
• Ability to follow PCI and compliance standards.

Nice to have

• B2C collections experience in the solar or energy industry.
• Previous utility industry experience.
