Senior Account Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex integrated projects from client brief through final delivery, maintaining alignment across objectives, timelines, budgets, and agency standards.
• Translate client briefs into project plans with defined workstreams, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and decision points.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams spanning strategy, creative, production, experiential, social, and related disciplines.
• Act as a primary client contact, translating feedback into direction and contributing strategic and creative recommendations.
• Manage external relationships with teams, leagues, talent, properties, agencies, and vendors while maximizing partnership rights and assets.
• Oversee scopes, staffing, financials, forecasting, risks, and profitability, while mentoring Account Managers and Coordinators.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in a creative agency, sponsorship marketing, experiential marketing, integrated brand marketing, or a related environment.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex projects or integrated campaigns from brief through delivery.
• Experience managing client relationships and translating client needs into actionable project plans.
• Experience developing scopes, staffing plans, budgets, project financials, forecasts, and reconciliations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing external partners, and mentoring junior team members.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Notion AI.
