Senior Account Manager

hirify.global is a creative agency group, with this role based within Map Project Office, an hirify.global Group company and part of WPP.

What you will do

• Manage multiple creative projects from initial brief through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop commercially viable responses, proposals, and scopes of work.
• Monitor project health, revenue, pipeline, budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and change control.
• Lead new business conversations, presentations, and responses to RFPs and RFQs.
• Coordinate project staffing with the Resource Manager and support the development of junior team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in a creative, design, branding, or agency environment.
• Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset, strong financial acumen, and experience managing project budgets.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and navigating creative processes.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, problem-solving, ownership, and independent working skills.
