Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 OTE USD

What you will do
- Manage high-volume accounts with proactive engagement to drive value, adoption, and sentiment.
- Develop territory strategies using data to boost utilization and platform optimization.
- Handle renewals, expansions, and cross-sells to achieve retention and revenue targets.
- Build customer partnerships, influence stakeholders, and remove roadblocks for goal achievement.
- Troubleshoot issues, support onboarding, and forecast with high accuracy using methodology.
- Maintain systems like Salesforce, multi-thread accounts, and stay current on sales trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years in sales lifecycle, account management, or customer success, preferably SaaS.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep knowledge of sales operations, methodologies, KPIs, and financial metrics/ROI.
- Excellent communication, active listening, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to synthesize data, influence without authority, and manage complex sales cycles up to 4 months.
