Logistics Service Coordinator (Supply Chain and SAP)

What you will do

• Manage daily export bookings with shipping lines according to customer tenders, order instructions, and letters of credit.
• Update export routing, shipment details, pre-leg information, and sailing schedules in SAP and the BDP system.
• Plan loading operations by coordinating trucks, carriers, empty-container pickup, and delivery to customer warehouses.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on SAP issues, production stock planning, equipment shortages, vessel space, and carrier allocation.
• Retrieve customs invoices, support export customs clearance, and verify freight invoices for billing.
• Monitor truck arrivals, maintain operational and KPI data, resolve issues proactively, and support claims, reporting, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating export logistics, bookings, shipment documentation, and transportation activities.
• Ability to work with SAP for routing, shipment updates, schedules, and customs documentation.
• Experience coordinating customers, trucking providers, shipping carriers, warehouses, and internal departments.
• Ability to monitor operational KPIs, maintain accurate data, and resolve shipment issues proactively.
