Primary Logistics Lead (Late Shift) (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid role based in Katowice, Warszawa, Poznań, Gdańsk, Lublin, Wrocław, Opole, or Kraków, Poland. Late shift: 8 hours between 12 PM and 12 AM.

What you will do

• Lead regional primary logistics flows and translate global strategy into operational plans.
• Own OTIF, capacity, service-level, and other operational KPIs.
• Manage disruptions, delays, recovery actions, and supply chain risks.
• Coordinate factories, distribution centers, logistics partners, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Lead and develop the regional logistics team.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of logistics or supply chain experience, including leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations and regional or global logistics networks.
• Knowledge of customs and international trade regulations.
• Advanced analytical, data-driven decision-making, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English and readiness to work the specified late shift are required.
