Logistics Coordinator EMEA

What you will do

• Coordinate daily logistics processes with global logistics units, partner plants, and regional hubs.
• Organize and track shipments arriving in and departing from the EMEA region.
• Communicate with international freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
• Support European customs clearance for sea and air shipments, checking documentation and compliance.
• Record logistics data, update shipment statuses, and prepare reports in SAP.
• Maintain logistics reports and statements using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Requirements

• Business-level English in spoken and written communication.
• Confident user-level knowledge of SAP logistics or shipping modules.
• Knowledge of international freight forwarding, including ocean and air freight.
• Thorough understanding of European customs procedures.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Intercultural communication and problem-solving skills, including coordination across time zones and cultures.

Nice to have

• German language skills for oral and written communication.
• Logistics or supply chain experience in manufacturing or a multinational corporate network.
• Knowledge of intercompany drop-shipment or transfer processes.
