What you will do

• Collaborate daily with global logistics units, partner plants, and regional hubs to coordinate processes.
• Coordinate and monitor shipments arriving in and departing from the EMEA region.
• Manage daily communication with international freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
• Support European customs clearance processes for sea and air shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Record logistics data, update statuses, and generate reports within the SAP system.
• Maintain detailed logistics reports and statements using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Business-level English proficiency (spoken and written) is required for daily international communication.
• Confident user-level knowledge of SAP (logistics/shipping modules).
• Knowledge of international freight forwarding (ocean and air) and European customs procedures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent intercultural communication and problem-solving skills for coordinating teams across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German (oral and written communication).
