Secondary Logistics Specialist

Location: Warszawa, Lublin, Katowice, Wrocław, Opole, Poznań, Gdańsk, or Kraków, Poland; hybrid work after onboarding

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute secondary logistics shipments across complex markets.
• Create orders and shipment instructions in ERP and logistics systems.
• Monitor end-to-end shipment performance, ETAs, stock movements, claims, and discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve delays, risks, service issues, and complex disruptions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, regional distribution centers, 3PLs, and logistics partners.
• Prioritize logistics activities and drive continuous improvement in distribution operations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and distribution processes.
• Experience with ERP or logistics systems; SAP is preferred.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Fluent English, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and readiness to work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 24:00, including late shifts 2–3 times per week.
