AI Enablement Lead – Product Strategy Group (AI)

Salary: $205,000–$240,000 base salary, plus a discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Own AI enablement across the Product Strategy lifecycle, including opportunity identification, product launches, distribution, client acquisition, content creation, and client servicing.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases and develop a roadmap aligned with Product Strategy Group and firm-wide objectives.
• Map fragmented workflows and legacy processes to reduce repetitive manual work and improve speed, quality, and scalability.
• Translate business needs into implementation-ready requirements and partner with Technology and Engineering on production-grade AI solutions.
• Lead delivery from opportunity identification through rollout, adoption, training, and change management.
• Establish playbooks and standards for scaling successful AI solutions across the group and adjacent business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or related field from an accredited four-year institution.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI, automation, or productivity-tool deployments.
• Strong ability to translate business workflows into AI-enabled automation and decision-support solutions.
• Experience delivering practical solutions in complex environments with fragmented data and legacy systems.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
• Strong execution, communication, stakeholder-influence, and change-management skills, with familiarity with AI/ML concepts and modern enterprise tooling.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of relevant experience in asset management or financial services.
