AI Adoption & Enablement Lead

What you will do

• Deliver AI workshops, training, office hours, and coaching for executives, managers, frontline employees, and retail associates.
• Help employees build practical solutions with approved tools including Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and NotebookLM.
• Manage workshop intake, scheduling, participant communications, follow-up, reporting, and program dashboards.
• Track adoption metrics, business value, user feedback, success stories, and barriers to effective AI use.
• Support the AI champion community through onboarding, communications, training tracking, and recognition updates.
• Partner with business, operations, engineering, training, and AI/product teams to integrate AI into daily workflows and improve solution usability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology enablement, product, operations, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Experience driving adoption of new tools or technologies at scale and converting pilots into sustained usage.
• Strong experience in workflow or process design, change management or transformation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and large language models, including understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval systems, and AI-powered workflows.
• Working knowledge of Python and the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, influence, business judgment, and execution skills across different levels of an organization.

Nice to have

• Insurance broking business operations experience.
• Experience in global or multi-entity organizations.
• Background as an AI adoption or enablement specialist, consultant, business analyst, operations lead, or project manager with strong AI skills.
