Focus on building generative AI workflows and guardrails, explaining retrieval and human review, measuring adoption outcomes, and navigating governance and compliance requirements.

What you will do
- Lead AI enablement programs, adoption strategies, workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Help business users and leaders understand AI, build confidence, and incorporate AI workflows into day-to-day processes.
- Answer technical questions about system design, data flow, failure modes, retrieval, grounding, and human review in clear business language.
- Partner with engineers, consultants, and delivery leaders to connect technical capabilities with practical business outcomes.
- Identify adoption barriers and create communications, learning materials, and other resources.
- Define and track adoption metrics, user engagement, business outcomes, time saved, and error-rate reduction.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, organizational adoption, or a related field.
- Experience building or configuring a named generative AI solution, such as an agent workflow, rules-based guardrail, or automated triage process.
- Working fluency across multiple AI platforms, including Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with executives, business stakeholders, and end users.
- Ability to influence skeptical audiences, translate technical concepts into practical guidance, and diagnose business processes for AI opportunities.
- Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.
- Prosci, ACMP, instructional design, or related certification.
