AVP, Enterprise Solutions AI Leader

Location: New York or Philadelphia, United States; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

Base salary: $172,000–$335,000 per year, plus annual bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and lead enterprise AI strategy across Expert Functions, Web Properties, and Enterprise Data.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, and organizational readiness.
• Guide build-versus-buy decisions using hirify.global’s Return on Invested Capital framework.
• Advise senior leadership and the Board on AI investments, transformation priorities, emerging trends, and regulatory expectations.
• Evaluate AI vendors, platform providers, and external partners for solution maturity and strategic fit.
• Champion responsible AI adoption through governance, ethical practices, and risk management.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in enterprise AI, data, or advanced analytics with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience setting and executing multi-year AI or technology strategies in complex global organizations.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence Management Committee and CEO-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience guiding strategic investments using financial frameworks such as Return on Invested Capital.
• Exceptional communication and change management skills for aligning people, process, data, and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business, computer science, data science, or equivalent senior leadership training.
• Management consulting or advisory experience focused on transformational change.
• Familiarity with capital markets, fintech, or other regulated industries.
