Enterprise AI Enablement Director

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid-eligible with remote work permitted up to two days per week, or on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Salary: $186,400–$279,600 base salary annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Shape and drive an enterprise AI enablement roadmap with priorities, milestones, and success measures.
• Create a connected employee experience across AI governance, technology, communications, learning, and deployment teams.
• Lead change management for AI-enabled ways of working, including readiness assessments, adoption barriers, and reinforcement plans.
• Define workforce AI capabilities and develop practical, role-relevant learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders.
• Build an AI champion and change-partner network to support adoption across functions.
• Develop reusable frameworks and measure AI fluency, behavior change, adoption, and sustainment to improve the approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, organizational behavior, human resources, psychology, education, communications, or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Typically 10 or more years of experience in enterprise change management, organizational effectiveness, capability building, learning strategy, culture transformation, or technology adoption.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience scaling capability-building or learning approaches for employees, managers, and leaders.
• Ability to coordinate change, communications, learning, and adoption across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and emerging AI capabilities, with sound judgment regarding responsible and compliant use.
