Salary: $121,400 - $237,360

What you will do

• Lead AI adoption initiatives focused on enterprise value realization and workforce impact.
• Drive executive-level narratives and storytelling around AI transformation.
• Improve organization-wide AI literacy, specifically regarding how AI affects roles and skills.
• Coordinate the rollout and alignment of AI training and enablement curricula.
• Manage a team responsible for delivering adoption, enablement, and communications outcomes.
• Act as a trusted client partner, integrating the AI team as an extension of the client's leadership.

Requirements

• Strong literacy in core AI and generative AI concepts and their application to enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading change initiatives, enablement programs, or digital adoption efforts.
• Expertise in storytelling, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to maximize impact while operating within client budget constraints.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles including ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
• Location: Must be based in Seattle, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, or Dallas
