Capital Partners AI Strategy & Transformation Leader (AI)

Salary: $205,000–$250,000 annually, plus annual incentive

What you will do

• Own and continuously refine the Capital Partners AI strategy, roadmap, priorities, milestones, resourcing, and budget.
• Lead AI value realization across strategy, execution, adoption, productivity, and foundational capability development.
• Identify and scale high-value AI use cases from experimentation and pilots into production-ready solutions embedded in daily workflows.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary AI team with clear operating rhythms, success metrics, and accountability.
• Accelerate data capabilities and align near-term data investments with AI use cases and longer-term architecture.
• Partner with business, technology, data, legal, compliance, and risk leaders to establish governance and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives spanning business, technology, data, and operating model change.
• Practical experience implementing new technologies, advanced analytics, automation, or AI in a business environment.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles, data governance, and regulated environments.
• Experience partnering with technology and data teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Strong strategic, operational, executive communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
