What you will do

• Lead and develop analytical and consulting associates, including onboarding, training, motivation, and career development.
• Develop strategic plans and Joint Business Plans for key clients to generate value and ensure effective service delivery.
• Set, review, and monitor client satisfaction, commercial lead, and advanced business KPIs.
• Demonstrate return on investment through quantifiable business opportunity generation and actionable insights.
• Build and lead market and thought leadership presentations for C-level and senior client stakeholders in the FMCG sector.
• Identify commercial opportunities in collaboration with Consulting Lead and Account Development teams while improving service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of professional experience.
• Experience in mass consumption, consulting, retail, commercial, marketing, or customer management roles.
• Experience working with hirify.global information is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google tools, CRM, or business monitoring tools.
• Advanced English required for written and oral communication.
