What you will do

• Own and drive cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring stakeholders meet deadlines.
• Translate CEO and Chief of Staff priorities into structured workplans and clear timelines.
• Prepare briefing notes, decks, and data summaries for executive meetings, board interactions, and investors.
• Conduct rapid research and analysis on business, market, and regulatory questions to deliver decision-ready synthesis.
• Build and maintain AI-enabled automation workflows to scale the productivity of the Office of the CEO.
• Track progress on OKRs and strategic initiatives, surfacing blockers and proposing solutions.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (or graduating within 6 months) from a top Colombian university (e.g., Universidad de los Andes, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana).
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• High cognitive ability and intellectual discipline (Wonderlic cognitive assessment is part of the process).
• Fluency in modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and research.
• Obsessive organizational skills and the ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or high-growth startups.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial activity or university leadership experience.
• Possession of a B1/B2 US Visa.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, SQL basics, and presentation design.
