Sr FP&A Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Wilmington, Delaware, United States

Salary: $84,980–$124,630 per year, plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Provide financial support for plant operations, including monthly close, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Partner with plant leaders to monitor performance, explain variances, and support accountability to budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze manufacturing and supply chain costs across production, inventory, and logistics.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for plants and supply chain operations.
• Review inventory performance, including excess and obsolete inventory, write-offs, and operational drivers.
• Support product costing, margin analysis, cost absorption analysis, and operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or controlling.
• Manufacturing or plant finance and cost accounting experience is required.
• Experience with standard costing, cost absorption, inventory analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Excel is required; experience with reporting tools and SAP or other ERP systems is expected.
