What you will do

• Lead financial support for plant operations, including monthly close and performance reporting.
• Partner with plant leaders to monitor performance, explain variances, and drive accountability.
• Analyze manufacturing and supply chain costs to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for plants and supply chain operations.
• Review and manage inventory performance, including excess/obsolete inventory and write-offs.
• Provide insights into cost absorption, production volumes, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Controlling.
• Strong background in manufacturing/plant finance and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in standard costing, cost absorption analysis, and inventory analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel and experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
