Senior Analyst, FP&A (HealthTech)

Location: Remote within the United States, with the option to work at the HQ in Des Moines, Iowa.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Analyze financial statements, trends, KPIs, and business drivers to provide actionable management insights.
• Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasts, strategic planning, scenario analyses, and financial simulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare presentations for senior management and the Board.
• Improve financial processes and systems, support new financial tools, and contribute to special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A or a related financial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, including the interconnection of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• FP&A experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, or pharmacy operations.
• Experience in startup or early-stage environments with high data volumes.
• M&A modeling, corporate development, private equity, or investment banking experience.
• Experience with financial software or ERP systems.
