What you will do

• Define and manage project-management methodology, governance, templates, and reporting practices.
• Manage a portfolio of internal projects from initiation through implementation, handover, and benefits tracking.
• Translate business objectives into project scopes, milestones, deliverables, ownership, budgets, risks, and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate focused meetings, and drive actions and decisions to completion.
• Prepare decision-oriented status reports for senior management covering progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and recommended actions.
• Support change implementation, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure projects produce sustained operational or commercial value.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Programme Manager, PMO Manager, or in a similar delivery role within a complex international business.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional internal projects.
• Strong planning, organisation, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence without formal authority, manage ambiguity, and maintain focus on delivery and business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Monday.com, or equivalent project-management and reporting tools.
