What you will do
- Receive project briefs, assess feasibility, and clarify missing information.
- Create and maintain project schedules, trackers, and priorities.
- Coordinate production, design, artwork, and quality control teams.
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Escalate risks, delays, and changes early while proposing clear solutions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, account coordination, or production coordination.
- Experience in design, print, packaging, publishing, or production environments.
- Strong planning, organization, time-management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project tracking.
Nice to have
- Experience with design, artwork, or packaging workflows.
- Experience using workflow or project management systems.
- Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or continuous improvement.
