Project Manager Prototyping and LTS (Automotive)

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and control major Life Time Supply projects or several smaller projects in cooperation with project teams and supervisors.
• Develop and coordinate subprojects, plan costs, monitor compliance, and implement corrective measures when deviations occur.
• Ensure the development and implementation of technical production concepts.
• Prepare change requests for internal and external customers and evaluate their cost effects.
• Select project management methods, adapt project standards to internal needs, and support complex project steering and reporting.
• Coordinate the transition from series production to LTS production and act as a contact person for production-specific issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to take initiative, work in a team, remain self-motivated, and continue professional development.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Knowledge of Lean methods, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement processes.
