What you will do

• Plan iterations, define goals, and ensure team commitments are met regarding scope, quality, and budget.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of 14, including architects, developers, testers, and interns.
• Coordinate activities across projects to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Engage regularly with internal stakeholders, including Program Managers.
• Travel to the Aarhus headquarters in Denmark (approx. 5-10 days in the first year).

Requirements

• IT-related Master's degree.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in project and people management within product development teams.
• Knowledge of PMP, Prince2, or equivalent methodologies.
• Fluent English.
• Must have resided in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years for security clearance purposes.
• Must be able to provide a clean criminal record.
