Supplier Quality Project Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Coordinate supplier qualification projects and provide functional leadership to cross-functional, international project teams.
• Plan and track milestones for product and process qualifications in line with applicable processes and standards.
• Create, maintain, and develop project plans using MS Project.
• Support technical reviews, risk assessments, sourcing boards, supplier onboarding, and production activities.
• Plan qualification project budgets and investments, and report project status to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of project management experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing, strategic procurement, turbomachinery, or energy plants.
• Experience managing complex technical projects and proficiency with MS Project.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, qualification procedures, and risk management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent German and business-fluent English are required; willingness to travel nationally and internationally is expected.
