Procurement Specialist with Italian

Location: Hybrid, with 8 office days per month; role supports hirify.global's European Operation Center.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end purchase requisition-to-purchase order process for direct and indirect procurement in SAP.
• Monitor open purchase orders, follow up on confirmations and goods receipts, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support timely supplier payments.
• Track procurement processes and operational performance while maintaining reports, material master data, and SAP records.
• Execute purchasing and logistics changes and resolve issues related to cost, quality, and delivery.
• Support supplier registration, qualification, lifecycle activities, and first-level escalations.
• Deliver or participate in training programs that support compliance and professional development.

Requirements

• Business English at B2/C1 level, written and spoken.
• Italian at B2/C1 level, written and spoken.
• Experience in operational procurement or supply chain management, including purchasing processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP; practical SAP Ariba experience is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for procurement reporting and data analysis.
