Vendor Security & Standards Manager (Supply Chain Security)

Location: Remote - Europe. Significant international travel is required for on-site vendor inspections across the USA, EU, Taiwan, APAC, Israel, and future regions.

What you will do

• Own and continuously update the vendor security standards framework for carriers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, guarding companies, and last-mile providers.
• Embed vendor security requirements into contracts and service agreements with legal, procurement, and supply chain security leadership.
• Conduct scheduled and unannounced on-site inspections at vendor facilities, transit points, and operational environments.
• Verify access control, personnel screening, CCTV, handling procedures, tamper-evidence practices, chain of custody, and TAPA FSR/TSR compliance.
• Issue corrective action notices, track remediation, re-inspect sites, and escalate persistent or severe non-compliance.
• Maintain global compliance reporting and identify systemic risks and improvements across the vendor network.

Requirements

• Significant experience in supply chain security compliance, vendor auditing, or security standards enforcement.
• Proven experience conducting physical security inspections and compliance assessments across complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Experience managing corrective actions, escalations, and follow-through to resolution.
• Deep familiarity with TAPA FSR and/or TAPA TSR and physical security controls for logistics environments.
• Assertive communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across multiple geographies.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility.

Nice to have

• Background in law enforcement, military security, or corporate security auditing.
• Experience with high-value or critical infrastructure supply chains, including data centers, AI hardware, semiconductors, or electronics.
• Experience in global security functions with multi-regional vendor networks.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking, geofencing, access control systems, or tamper-evident sealing.
• Dutch, Hebrew, or Mandarin language proficiency.
