What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Procurement Engineers.
• Coordinate glass orders, hardware availability, and inventory planning.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to prepare accurate material lists.
• Source and manage relationships with international suppliers across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize procurement workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement engineering or supply engineering.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation.
• Fluent English and Russian proficiency required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Brooklyn, New York.

• Experience with task management systems like ClickUp.
