Senior Technical Consultant (Snow Software)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; Work arrangement: Hybrid; a valid working visa for Poland is required.

What you will do

• Design and plan Software Lifecycle Management, IT Asset Management, and IT Service Management solution architectures.
• Lead Snow Software implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Develop integrations, interfaces, and automation solutions across customer environments.
• Support migrations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver technical enhancements.
• Monitor solution performance and data quality.
• Collaborate with customers, consultants, engagement managers, and other stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Broad technology knowledge with experience in system integration and solution design.
• Experience with Software Asset Management and ideally hands-on Snow Software expertise.
• Experience designing and implementing ITAM, ITSM, or SAM solutions.
• Knowledge of software licensing and software asset optimization.
• Analytical skills and experience using Excel and data analysis tools to develop customer recommendations.
• Fluent Polish and communicative English required.
